By accessing or using KonnectMD Events (the "Platform"), operated by KonnectMD ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
The Platform is intended for KonnectMD ambassadors and invited members. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials.
3. Events & Registrations
Event details, capacity, and pricing may change. Registrations are subject to availability. Refund and cancellation policies are set per event by KonnectMD.
4. Community Conduct
You agree not to post unlawful, harassing, misleading, or infringing content. KonnectMD may remove content and suspend accounts that violate community standards.
5. Intellectual Property
Course content, videos, branding, and platform materials are owned by KonnectMD or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use tied to your membership tier.
6. Payments
Paid events and courses are processed by third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charges and agree to the provider's terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is". KonnectMD disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Content is not medical advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KonnectMD's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
