To operate the Platform, deliver events and course access, communicate service and event notifications, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We share data with service providers that host, secure, and operate the Platform (database, email, analytics, payments). We do not sell personal data.
Community visibility
Your name, avatar, ambassador tier, and posts are visible to other signed-in members. Direct messages are only visible to participants.
Retention
Account and event data are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, accounting, and abuse-prevention purposes.
Your choices
You can update your profile, cancel registrations, or request account deletion by contacting KonnectMD support. Marketing preferences can be adjusted at any time.
Security
We use industry-standard controls including encryption in transit, row-level access controls, and least-privilege server access. No system is 100% secure.
